Many believe that bullying stops at the school gates or when we reach adulthood, but this is simply not the case. a Trade union congress research paper showed that nearly half of workers had witnessed bullying in their workplace, with female employees more likely to be victims than males.
Bullying is NOT acceptable in any walk of life, many in local government politics have left sighting they were being bullied. How will we attract the best people to represent residents if that is the culture and atmosphere they experience. It is vital that we stand together against bullies, those who repetitively, intentionally hurt another to seek an imbalance of power both online or face to face.
